I-SITE seeking a Project Manager
Categories: Jobs
I-SITE is seeking a full time Project Manager to produce and manage our diverse web, interactive and mobile projects. Our clients are global, regional and local brands and innovators who demand the very best that the web has to offer. Join our dynamic team in a collaborative, relaxed environment. Our state-of-the-art design studio is in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia.
As a multitasker you get to touch everything – strategy, design, development, UX, audio, video and QA. As a result, you gain inspiration by the diversity of the work around you, and your team. You keep an eye on project timelines. Your timelines are ever-changing as the projects grow and evolve. You know scope creep and how to avoid it. You manage risk before it becomes a problem, teaming up with designers and developers to fix things quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, you ensure that our work is best in class, on time and on budget.
It’s your job to keep everyone in the loop throughout a project’s lifecycle. You coordinate meetings, budgets, and contracts and check in with project teams to review open issues. For every one of your projects, you are at its center ensuring everyone is on track, has everything they need, and are working as a cohesive unit to meet upcoming milestones and deliverables.
You know the importance of documentation – everything from estimates to scopes of work, proposals and status reports, the need to capture in-detail your client’s sentiments and business needs. Conversation recaps, project specifications and pitches are all second nature to you.
You have a great understanding of interactive websites and web applications – desktop and mobile. You are familiar with social media best practices and managing the development of iPhone and Android applications.
You have a passion for collaboration and learning new skills. You must have an appreciation for beer even if you don’t drink it.
